Chrome browser buffers old plugin state

Try installing adobe macromedia flash movie plugin, u wont get it on Chrome making you believe that the plugins are not working. 

However the reason, Chrome is faster is that the buffers wont see a new plugin even though its there.

Chrome unlike IE allows you to upgrade its version, while you just work, incredible isn't it, well google is targetting the basics of upgrades methodology and buffer logic of yesteryears like Microsoft
