Please obtain a medical death certificate from a MBBS doctor/nursing home on letterhead and get copies. Carry it with you. The original needs to be submitted in the crematorium. He then gives a slip which you provide to local authorities and then obtain the death certificate after a week or so. The address details on death certificate are crucial in case of property lineage matters.
