Aurora-I : Mozilla labs brings the future web experience

Aurora (Part 1) from Adaptive Path on Vimeo.Aurora is a concept video exploring one possible future user experience for the Web, created by Adaptive Path as part of the Mozilla Labs concept series

Aurora Part I emphasizes the new web browser capabilities which has a hand cursor which gives the user the feeling same as the physical world. The frame cursor can be invoked in case of calls or when frame drop. Collaborative call with a distant Internet user and sharing same web screen and display of data vs graph was demonstrated.

a) The sides of browser represent: upper corner : frequently used objects ,

left corner: recently used objects in reverse chronological order ,

right corner :user defined recently used objects in reverse chronological order,

lower corner: currently active objects

The browser is an amalgamation of desktop search and browser, the objects are spatially arranged, at any men,the browser keeps a tab of linked objects either through semantics or through usage.example if the active object at center is a song, all music related spatial objects are grouped together. The time in Z axis is defined with respect to recent usage. the unlinked objects are also seen in obscurity and the user has a choice to search a old object that is tiny in a spatial space.

the hand browser being physical allows the user to lift, grab, pull, push at spatially arranged objects.welcome to the aurora concept browser. 10 of 10
